Together let’s build 500 Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts online for boys and girls who need to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.
What You Need to Know
SHOEBOXES: You can use any empty shoebox or shoebox-sized plastic container. NTBC also has red and green preprinted boxes that are available in the Main hallway (in front of clinic) during school hours, or in each congregation on Sundays after the worship services at 11:00 AM.
DROP OFF: Let’s reach a goal of 500 boxes! Bring your filled showboxes to the main hallway and help us build a wall of shoeboxes!
DONATION AMOUNT: We ask that each shoebox come with a donation of $10 to help deliver the shoebox so it can reach its destination. You can write a check to “Samaritan’s Purse”. Even better – use the printed labels and pay online. Then you can follow your shoebox(es) and see to which country they get delivered.
IN THE BOX: There are items that can and cannot be included in a shoebox. Each box MUST be labeled for a boy/girl of ages 2-4, 5-9, or 10-14. See the bulletin handed out for more details or visit Operation Christmas Child Frequently Asked Questions.
WANT TO VOLUNTEER? Volunteers are needed a couple of hours each day from Nov 17 – 24. To see available slots or get more info, contact the NTBC Ministry office at 305-822-7690 ext. 8728.
